주식회사 카이(이하 '회사')는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 회사가 개발·배포·운영하는 모바일 앱 및 소프트웨어(이하 '앱')를 이용하는 분들의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.
본 방침은 Google Play 등 앱 마켓을 통해 배포되는 앱을 포함하여, 회사가 개발·배포·운영하는 모든 앱에 공통으로 적용됩니다. 특정 앱에 별도의 개인정보처리방침이 게시된 경우에는 해당 방침이 우선합니다. 회사 웹사이트(kailab.kr)의 문의 접수에 관한 사항은 웹사이트 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다.
회사의 앱은 회원가입이나 로그인을 요구하지 않으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호·주소 등 이용자를 직접 식별할 수 있는 개인정보를 입력받거나 수집하지 않습니다.
다만 앱의 안정적인 운영과 품질 개선을 위해 다음 정보가 자동으로 생성·수집될 수 있습니다.
위 정보는 이용자 개인을 식별하기 위한 목적으로 사용되지 않으며, 다른 정보와 결합하여 특정 개인을 식별하지 않습니다.
수집한 정보는 위 목적 이외의 용도로 사용하지 않으며, 목적이 변경될 경우 사전에 고지하고 동의를 구합니다.
일부 앱은 기능 수행을 위해 카메라, 마이크, 사진·미디어·파일, 알림 등 기기 권한을 요청할 수 있습니다. 권한을 통해 접근한 데이터(영상, 음성, 이미지, 파일 등)는 해당 기능을 수행하기 위해 이용자의 기기 안에서만 처리되며, 회사 서버로 전송하거나 저장하지 않습니다.
권한은 언제든지 기기 설정에서 철회할 수 있습니다. 권한을 허용하지 않아도 앱 이용은 가능하며, 해당 권한이 필요한 기능만 제한됩니다.
자동 수집된 정보는 수집 목적이 달성되면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 접속 기록 및 오류 기록은 수집일로부터 최대 1년 보관 후 삭제합니다. 다만 관계 법령에서 보존 기간을 정한 경우에는 그 기간 동안 보존합니다.
앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 앱 데이터는 함께 삭제됩니다.
회사는 수집한 정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 오류 분석과 이용 통계를 위해 아래 서비스를 이용할 수 있으며, 이 경우 해당 서비스 제공자의 개인정보처리방침이 함께 적용됩니다.

Google 의 개인정보처리방침: policies.google.com/privacy. 위 도구가 포함되지 않은 앱은 어떠한 정보도 외부로 전송하지 않습니다.
회사의 앱은 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 아동의 정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 된 경우 지체 없이 삭제합니다.
이용자는 회사에 대해 언제든지 자신의 정보에 대한 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요구할 수 있으며, 회사는 요청을 받은 날로부터 10일 이내에 조치합니다. 요청은 제10조의 연락처로 하시면 됩니다. 회사는 요청한 사람이 본인인지 확인할 수 있습니다.

본 방침의 내용이 추가·삭제·수정되는 경우 시행 7일 전부터 앱 또는 회사 웹사이트를 통해 고지합니다. 본 방침은 2026년 9월 13일부터 시행됩니다.
kai inc. (“the Company”, “we”) complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and other applicable laws. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in the mobile apps and software we develop, distribute, and operate (“Apps”).
This Policy applies to all Apps developed, distributed, or operated by the Company, including those published on Google Play and other app stores. If a specific App publishes its own privacy policy, that policy takes precedence. Inquiries submitted through our website (kailab.kr) are governed by the Website Privacy Policy.
Our Apps do not require account registration or sign-in, and do not ask for or collect personal information that directly identifies you, such as your name, email address, phone number, or address.
To keep the Apps stable and improve their quality, the following information may be generated and collected automatically:
We do not use this information to identify you personally, and we do not combine it with other data to identify any individual.
We do not use the information for any other purpose. If a purpose changes, we will notify you and obtain consent in advance.
Some Apps may request device permissions such as camera, microphone, photos/media/files, or notifications in order to provide a feature. Data accessed through these permissions (video, audio, images, files, etc.) is processed only on your device to perform that feature and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
You can revoke a permission at any time in your device settings. The App remains usable without the permission; only the feature that requires it becomes unavailable.
Automatically collected information is deleted without delay once its purpose has been fulfilled. Access logs and error data are retained for up to one year from collection and then deleted, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
Uninstalling an App deletes the App data stored on your device.
We do not sell or share collected information with third parties. For error analysis and usage statistics we may use the services below, in which case the provider's privacy policy also applies.

Our Apps are not directed at children under 14 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that such information has been collected, we delete it without delay.
You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of, or suspension of processing of your information. We respond within 10 days of receiving a request. Please use the contact details in Section 10. We may verify the identity of the person making the request.

If this Policy is amended, we will give notice through the App or our website at least 7 days before the change takes effect. This Policy is effective as of September 13, 2026.
